Hi, I'm Rosie!
I'm a Content Design Lead with 8 years of experience working on complex systems, in regulated industries, and I love making the complex simple. Prior to my career in UX, I was an English teacher.

English teacher turned content designer. Teaching is still the core of the job, I just have different students now.
What I'm known for
- Turning tacit knowledge into documented, scalable systems, including content guidelines, design systems, and AI skills an entire org can use.
- Making dense legal and compliance content usable by the average person and the teams who have to act on it.
- Asking the obvious questions early, so teams stay aligned and standards stay high.
- Building connection. I've co-hosted a podcast for content designers, given talks at conferences, and created events to bring teams together.
- Waxing poetic about my air fryer and new recipes.
Outside of work I love
Pastries. A kouign amann is the key to my heart.
Books! These days I prefer listening to audiobooks.
Traveling. I hope to visit Sweden and Iceland before 2030.
